What began as a search for connection with other NPD practitioners working in highly specialized environments has evolved into the National Transfer Center Educators' Group, which is dedicated to advancing transfer center education and professional development. Through the intentional exchange of knowledge, resources, and expertise, NPD practitioners in the group have been able to address shared challenges, strengthen educational infrastructure, and advance specialty practice in ways that would have been difficult to accomplish independently.
