To better understand the experiences, perspectives, and needs of the nursing professional development community, ANPD conducted its second Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) member survey in 2025.
Drawing on responses from nearly 600 participants nationwide, this report provides valuable insights into the current state of DEI within the NPD profession. The findings explore respondent demographics, perceptions of DEI knowledge, skills, and attitudes, organizational engagement efforts, and opportunities for future learning and professional development.
