This innovative framework provides guidance to decrease the frequency of implementing ineffective changes by deriving effective solutions and achieving true quality.

TLDR: Making Microlearning Actually Work in NPD Practice

Description: TLDR – “Too long, didn’t read.” NPD practitioners continuously seek to engage learners in a time of increased workloads and decreased attention spans. Microlearning is everywhere — but "short" isn't a strategy, and not every gap is a microlearning candidate. This session moves past format to the decision: when microlearning fits, when it doesn't, and how to build and deploy it well. Participants leave with an evidence-based decision framework, design principles, and engagement strategies.
