Wendy Gates Corbett, MS, CPTD, is an organizational culture consultant, belonging researcher, author, and keynote speaker who helps organizations build healthier, more human workplaces through practical, behavior-based approaches to belonging, leadership, and workplace culture. She is also an adjunct professor of leadership and management at Duke University.
Wendy has worked with healthcare professionals and medical and nursing school faculty. Her work helps leaders and teams strengthen connection, engagement, and the everyday interactions that shape how employees experience their workplace, especially in high-pressure environments where trust, collaboration, well-being, and retention matter deeply.
Wendy’s programs are grounded in her research and bestselling book, The Energy of Belonging, and equip leaders and employees with practical tools they can immediately use to strengthen connection, culture, and the experience of work.

Jen Hamilton is a labor and delivery nurse, and author of the #1 New York Times bestseller, Birth Vibes. She has been both an ER and obstetrics nurse for over a decade, and most of that has been at the bedside caring for families welcoming babies into the world. Jen has been featured in media outlets such as CNN, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Daily Mail, The New York Post, and more. Jen also founded Hot Mess Express, a nonprofit that offers free house cleaning and organizing for overwhelmed low-income parents. Jen has over 6 million followers across social media platforms and was named one of the Top 25 Most Influential Creators of 2026 by Rolling Stone magazine.
She is passionate about improving outcomes for families, dismantling systemic racism and underlying misogyny that exist in obstetrical and gynecological care, and strongly believes the path to better outcomes starts with empathetic, timely, and compassionate communication.
