Grace M. Carcich, EdD, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, is a nursing professional development leader with over 30 years of nursing, education, and leadership experience. As the corporate director of education for Prime Healthcare Services, she is responsible for the growth and development of thousands of employees in 51 hospitals across 14 states, while leading a team of over 100 education specialists and clinical educators. She is the architect of PrimE Academy, a virtual learning platform creating a community of nursing excellence throughout the nationwide network. Throughout her career, Carcich has held progressive leadership roles spanning acute care and academia. She is recognized as an expert in innovative learning models to achieve competency and foster workforce development.

Gracie Holmberg has served in various patient care roles throughout her career before joining the PrimE Academy team. She is the coordinator for the virtual learning environment working on the technical aspects of the platform, marketing of the courses, and designing of the brand materials. She works with subject matter experts to develop virtual content that is engaging and accessible.
