Dr. Dan Weberg, PhD, MHI, BSN, RN, FAAN Executive Director of Nursing Workforce Development and Innovation, Kaiser Permanente

Dr. Dan Weberg is a renowned nurse and healthcare innovation expert. He currently serves as the executive director of nursing workforce development and innovation at Kaiser Permanente, where he spearheads nursing workforce planning and the implementation of system-level initiatives. With extensive clinical experience and leadership roles in nursing innovation, research, and technology strategy, Dr.Weberg has made significant contributions to the field. He is also a faculty member at The Ohio State University College of Nursing and has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and textbooks. Dr. Weberg's impressive academic background includes being the first-ever graduate of the PhD in healthcare innovation leadership program at Arizona State University.
