Presenter Content Submissions Instructions

Due: February 26th, 2025

Thank you for sharing your expertise with the ANPD community. Your content is needed as we prepare for your presentation during the 2025 Aspire Convention, and is due no later than February 26th, 2025. Presentations will be pre-loaded on AV equipment in the presenting rooms. Remember to bring any presentation slide decks on a USB type-A drive as a back-up; these will only be used if there is an issue and should be the same final version uploaded.

The following submissions in their final versions are required:

• Presentation slide decks
  • Format required: PowerPoint®
  • Presenters: Pathways, Learning Labs, Rapid Fires, Star Search, and Game Changers
  • Please note: If you plan to use a video* or audio during your presentation, you must insert the embedded content into your submitted slide deck where it is intended to be used. Insert the video, do not link the video. Information on video embedding can be found here. If you are having issues, you may upload the video in mp4 format separately, noting within the slide deck where the video will be played.
• Handouts (if applicable to your presentation) that you plan to provide via the Convention mobile app
  • Format required: pdf
  • Presenters: Pathways, Learning Labs, Rapid Fires, Star Search, Game Changers, Posters
• Poster presentations
  • Format required: pdf
  • Presenters: Posters
  • Please note: This does not replace the physical poster that you will bring and present at Convention
