Description: Increasing attention is being paid to the mental health of nurses and other healthcare professionals. Trauma-informed professional development (TIPD) is a novel approach for professional development practitioners to help prevent poor mental health outcomes in nurses and enhance recovery. This session provides an introduction to the concept of TIPD and provide examples for application.
