Target Audience: Professional development (PD) associates and nursing professional development (NPD) team members.
Description: The role of the PD associate is often referred to as the glue of the NPD team, however, what does that mean in terms of expectations, roles, and responsibilities? Join us as we explore throughputs of the NPD practice model, exemplars of PD associates in action, and team dynamics to promote efficiency in practice.
Outcome: 100% of participants will identify one strategy they will use to promote healthy team dynamics and efficiency in practice.
