Target Audience: All nurses, healthcare clinicians, and nursing/health sciences faculty
Description: This webinar addresses the high prevalence of stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression among nurses and other healthcare clinicians. Findings from research with MINDBODYSTRONG©—an evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral skills building program shown to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and improve healthy behaviors and job satisfaction in nurses, other healthcare professionals, and students—will be highlighted.
Outcome: 65% of participants will report that this session provides information that enhances, validates, or causes a change in practice.
