Professional Development Associate Quarterly Update: Competency-Based Evaluation October 2020
This session explores how nursing professional development (NPD) team members can optimize the role of the professional development (PD) associate by using a competency-based approach to reflect on professional growth in relation to organizational, departmental, and individual goals.
