Target Audience: Project Management is a skill that benefits all specialties and nearly all healthcare roles.The people who will get the most benefit are those who are asked to manage, coordinate or participate on medium to large projects that bring together people from multiple departments (technology, training, operations, etc.) to achieve a time-bound goal.
Description: Nursing professional development (NPD) teams are positioned to contribute to and lead collaborative projects to achieve time-limited goals. This webinar provides an introduction to project management strategies, including templates and application examples for NPD practice.
Outcome: 65% of participants will report that this session provides information that enhances, validates, or causes a change in practice.
Continuing Education: Association for Nursing Professional Development is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
