Target Audience: Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioners, directors and managers of NPD practice; novice to expert levels of experience
Description: This webinar will provide an overview of one organization’s journey to build a distance-learning NPD Fellowship program which incorporates the ANPD Transition to NPD Practice Fellowship. This fellowship program unites a community of novice NPD practitioners across a multi-state healthcare system using a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning and collaboration in a virtual classroom.
Outcome: 65% of participants will report that this session provided information that enhanced, validated or will cause a change in practice.
Continuing Education: Association for Nursing Professional Development is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
