Description: Healthcare organizations are faced with constant change -change to improve patient safety, quality care and fiscal stewardship. Novice NPD leaders have identified the need for evidence-based practice within their organization. Project planning is required to implement change and sustain change. Learn how using the program planning cycle and LOGIC model for project management supports the sustainability of an innovative evidence-based program/project at the leadership level.
Outcome: NPD Practitioners will compare different projects for potential to be implemented within their organization.
