Target Audience: RNs: RNs transitioning from bedside nurse to front line nurse leader (charge nurse) role.
Description: The purpose of this program is to provide the bedside registered nurse with leadership knowledge required to function effectively in a frontline nurse leader (charge nurse) position.
Outcome: 100% of participants will score a minimum of 80% on each module posttest and 75% of participants will report that each module provides information that enhances, validates, or will cause a change in practice.

Association for Nursing Professional Development is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
