Recently, the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Membership Committee designated its second Young Professional Voices class—a group of nurse leaders to serve on a task force, advising AONL on how to engage young professionals. Eligible nominees are formal or informal nurse leaders under the age of 40, demonstrating exemplary leadership and future potential.
