Description: Have you weathered the storm? This session enables you to set your sails to focus on practical strategies to mitigate moral distress and instill job re-enjoyment. Dr. Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring serves as a framework for this activity. Come celebrate the ‘small moments’ and be inspired to practice loving kindness with yourself and others—one wave at a time.

Outcome: Upon completion of this activity, 85% of participants will self-report enhanced confidence to engage in resiliency-building strategies with intent to change practice.
