Description: Building a successful transition to practice program for new graduate nurses in the ambulatory care setting presents a unique set of challenges. This webinar explores these challenges and how one pediatric hospital system built a pathway for new graduate nurse success through a hybrid orientation structure, preceptor and leader development, and early integration into the ambulatory setting's culture.
