Description: Leaders and team members need to develop comfort, expertise, and ‘muscles’ around the challenging topics of Race, Diversity, Inclusion, and Bias. The path to doing so is eased by engaging the right strategies. This presentation activates participants in a way that pushes them to learn and pulls them to engage–and at that end leaves them feeling “The RIGHT Kind of Uncomfortable.”

Outcome: 65% of participants will report that this session provides information that enhances, validates, or causes a change in practice.
