Description: Hear about the Phase I results of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing's multisite, randomized, longitudinal Transition to Practice study.  This study was conducted in 105 hospitals in three states using an evidence-based program and provides substantial evidence for hospitals incorporating transition to practice programs.  

Outcome: This session will enable the learner to apply the evidence-based components of a transition to practice program, which will lead to better outcomes of their program.
