Conference Overview: What keeps nurse educators energized and engaged? They are productive, creative and determined. Their wide-ranging expertise influences bedside practice and boardroom decisions. They are committed to helping others and making a difference-sometimes at a moment’s notice. Functioning at such a high level requires super-human strength and stamina! Nursing professional development (NPD) educators need to recharge and energize themselves to do this important work.
This conference will help provide that spark as participants reflect on their practice and hone their consulting skills. Attendees will recharge their professional battery packs and reconnect with the foundations of NPD. They will stretch their creative muscles by developing energizing formulas and sharing them in their unique voices.
