Have You Seen the New NPD Model?

As part of the release of the 2016 Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Scope and Standards, 3rd edition, ANPD introduced the revised Nursing Professional Development Practice model - a systems model designed to meet the unique needs of the NPD practitioner as outside factors continue to broaden the scope and responsibilities of the NPD practitioner.

Since its release, the model has been successfully integrated into numerous systems. We put together a short, fun video to show you what the new model can guide your practice. Take a few minutes to watch - trust us, your colleagues will thank you!
